In this case, an application called Moonlight is for you. This is a tutorial, which will tell, how to use your PC to deceive and Moonlight software to stream your game screen to Android or IOS device.
This is a quick overview of the application and its use.
I user games called Saints Row 3, Euro Truck Simulator 2, Dying Light: The following and Fallout 4 to demonstrate how it plays.
Gaming experience was reasonably stable.
There was some stuttering but the games were playable.
But I managed to get it worked perfectly, after I was done editing this video.
