OBS picture is too dark issue and how to fix in OBS

This is my short English language video, where I will tell how to possibly solve trouble, where your game capture is too dark, even after you have tried to set the brightness / gamma, etc. from the game itself to the max and your screen is bright as hell, but OBS stream picture is still too dark and washed look.
