I want to write about my personal experience from G2A.com site and it's customer support.
First i try to bought Euro Truck Simulator 2 Scandinavian DLC and some how ended up with some troubles in www.g2a.com site and actually buyed main game itself.
Then i contacted to their support and tried to get refund. When talking with their online support personel who informed me that you must do complaint from their site https://www.g2a.com/mpcomplaint
But this site actually needed to have cd-key writed down when doing complaint. But if i open this hidden key code from their site to write it down, on their complaint form. It seems that they look it as used and i don't even cant get refund. So this helpfully customer supporter gived me this code.
But when i did complaint, i get answered that you are used/opened this key code and you can't get refund. Next i contacted directly to seller for refund. He/She answered that he/she don't care about what i do with my key and proposed that i try to sell it forward by myself.
Ok, i did and it was sold little under priced buy my opinion. But main thing was that i get some compensation for this. Minus G2A.com fees. I payed 5,98€ for this game accidentally and received 6€ - G2A.com fees.
Next i tried to buy 2€ steamdealz random key. But something weird happened i reeived an error from their web page. OK, i naturally tried again with same result. Next i finded that there was 2x2€ withdrawn from my g2a.com wallet account and i received 2 identical keys from same seller, but on www.steamdealz.com site only shows one purchase. So this was not so nice experience.
And when i did use their complaint page to tell about my trouble. Answer is always the same.

- enter your G2A account Dashboard
- choose the Resolution Centre Tab
- click the "Report a problem" button
- fill in and submit the form there
Your message will then be sent directly to the Seller, who in turn will act to resolve your issue. Should there be a problem with the form then please reply to this ticket.

So with these nice little mis-adventures on G2A land was not so nice experience and i don't know if i use their service anymore.
